127.01 ELECTION, TERM AND DUTIES.
The Treasurer shall be elected for a term of four years and shall serve until his successor is elected and qualified. He shall be an elector of the City. He shall perform all duties prescribed by the ordinances of the City and the laws of the State and shall have all the powers conferred upon him by such ordinances and laws.
