123.01 ELECTION, TERM AND DUTIES.
The Director of Law shall be elected for a term of four years and shall serve until his successor is elected and qualified. He shall be an elector of the City and an attorney duly admitted to practice in the State. He shall perform all duties prescribed by the ordinances of the City and the laws of the State and shall have all the powers conferred upon him by such ordinances and laws.


123.02 DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS.
The Director of Law is hereby authorized and directed to prosecute suits for the collection of delinquent municipal utility accounts when the same are certified to him for collection in such manner by the Director of Public Service.
