113.01 POSTING OF COPIES.
(a) Places. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, statements, proclamations, notices, and reports, required by law or ordinance to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof for fifteen days in the following places:
(1) The Municipal Building, 32nd and Belmont Street, Bellaire, Ohio.
(2) The Bellaire Public Library, 32nd and Guernsey Street, Bellaire, Ohio.
(3) The Central Fire Station, 32nd Street, Bellaire, Ohio.
(4) The Volunteer Emergency Squad Building, Hamilton St., Bellaire.
(5) The Fourth Ward Fire Station, 44th and Noble Streets, Bellaire, Ohio.

(b) Conspicuous Location. The place of posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such buildings and shall be readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
(c) Duration. Such ordinances, resolutions, orders, statements, proclamations, notices and reports shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen days prior to the taking effect thereof.
