107.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
Any person may determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings of Council, or any board, commission, committee, agency, authority or similar decision making body of the City by:

(a) Making inquiry of the clerk of the body; or

(b) Making inquiry of the Mayor's clerk; or

(c) Making inquiry of any member of the body.

107.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
Any person may determine the time, place and purpose of all special meetings of Council, or any board, commission, committee, agency, authority or similar decision-making body of the City by:

(a) Making inquiry of the clerk of the body; or

(b) Making inquiry of the Mayor's clerk; or

(c) Making inquiry of any member of the body.

107.03 NOTIFICATION OF NEWS MEDIA.
No such body shall hold a special meeting unless it gives at least twenty-four hours advance notice to the news media that have requested notification.

107.04 EMERGENCY MEETINGS; NOTIFICATION.
In the event of an emergency requiring immediate official action, Section 107.03 shall not apply, but the member or members calling the meeting shall notify immediately the news media that have requested notification, of the time, place and purpose of the meeting.

107.05 REQUEST FOR PERSONAL NOTIFICATION.
Any person may, upon written request, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.

Such notice shall set forth the time and place of regular meetings or the time, place and purpose of special meetings.

Such notice shall be given only if the person requesting notice provides the body with self-addressed stamped envelopes.

Such written request shall be filed with each body from which reasonable advance notification is requested, together with payment of a fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) and such request and fee shall be effective for a period of twelve months from the date of filing.
