105.01 DIVISION INTO FOUR WARDS.

The City is hereby divided into four wards which are equal in number to the members of Council who are elected from the wards according to law, and the boundaries of such wards are as hereinafter set forth.

105.02 FIRST WARD.

The First Ward contains all that territory lying south of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad stone bridge and tracks to the southern corporation line; it is bounded on the east by the Ohio River and extends west to the western corporation line.

105.03 SECOND WARD.

The Second Ward contains all that territory lying between the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad stone bridge and tracks on the south and extends north to 34th Street; it is bounded on the east by the Ohio River and extends in a westerly direction to the western corporation line.

105.04 THIRD WARD.

The Third Ward contains all that territory lying between 34th Street on the south and extending north to Indian Run Creek; it is bounded on the east by the Ohio River and extends in a westerly direction to the western corporation line.

105.05 FOURTH WARD.

The Fourth Ward contains all that territory lying between Indian Run Creek on the south and extends north to the northern corporation line; it is bounded on the east by the Ohio River and extends in a westerly direction to the western corporation line.
